i arranged for a ride from the airport. andrew, the driver, was very helpful as he translated some things. he even helped get back my husband's wallet that he left on the plane. i think we would have had real trouble without him. the breakfast had so many options.
i thought the rooms were a little too warm. we had to open windows, but it was not a big deal.

the hotel features a lovely outdoor garden providing a shaded space. i noticed guests thoroughly enjoyed happy hour with cocktails, local pinot chardonnay, or czech beer. the barman was professional and kind adding to the experience.

the hotel is near tourist spots, located on a quiet street away from crowds. you can easily access most places with a 10-20 minute walk. the train station is across the road, and trams pass nearby.

the reception staff gave me a takeaway box for my breakfast, since i checked out very early. this really helped my journey back to the uk. staff seemed very attentive. they helped me a lot.

I was very grateful with my rooms cleanliness. It included a refrigerator. The room contained a water kettle. It came with a mini bar. The bathroom had good size.
I thought the walls was thin. I hear neighbours very loud.

The location was excellent because it was near a main street. There was a tram stop available within thirty seconds. I appreciate there was a shopping center and a supermarket close by.

The breakfast offered an omelette station, so I was happy. The hotel provided breakfast in basement rooms. Breakfast included an excellent selection of items to eat. Breakfast has a big variety and everything was delicious.

the location was central and convenient i could easily walk to many attractions the breakfast buffet offered many choices including hot and cold dishes i also appreciated that the staff was helpful in providing directions and recommendations for local restaurants the hotel bar had a nice atmosphere.
the room i stayed in felt a bit small for two people storage space was limited and it was difficult to fully unpack our belongings it would have been nice to have a larger closet or additional drawers.
